GUIDANCE ON YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY
If you’re ready to improve your health and wellness, let us design a program that is as unique as you are. Our INDIVIDUAL DESIGN Program takes the proven methods that we use in our gym and delivers them to you, customized to your schedules, fitness level, and access to equipment.
Your Coach will get to know you and what’s your “why” in order to build a program that will keep you motivated, excited, and getting the results you are after.
STEP ONE - THE CONSULTATION
- The first step is a Free Consultation with one of our Coaches. This is our opportunity to get to know you, what drives you, your goals, your needs.
- Developing a strong relationship is essential to success of your individually designed program.
- Everything about you and your life will allow your Coach to build a program that has the most benefit to you in the long run.
- Your Coach will answer any and all questions you have.
STEP TWO - DISCOVERING YOUR STARTING POINT
- Your Coach will spend 1-3 weeks Assessing your starting point in fitness.
- They will evaluate your movement and discover your current strengths and weaknesses.
- During this time, you will learn a lot about functional fitness and your own body and it's ability to move.
- Your Coach will use the results of The assessment to build a Program customized for your needs and goals.
STEP THREE - TRAINING & MONITORING PROGRESS
- Each week, you will be provided with your Training Program by your Coach.
- You will log the results of all of your workouts and your Coach will be reviewing those results each week and making any program adjustments as needed.
- Each month, you will have a 30-minute video chat with your Coach to review progress, reassess goals and make sure your needs are being met.
