All new members begin by completing our On-Ramp Program in order to get introduced to the CrossFit Methodology, learn proper technique of all the exercises, and learn about proper nutrition. Over the course of the program, athletes will learn all the skills and knowledge necessary to excel at CrossFit. The program runs for 6 sessions and are scheduled as requested. All for only $110.
