Getting Started

Introductory Consultation
All prospective members are encouraged to schedule a FREE Consultation in order to get introduced to CrossFit and discuss Getting Started with one of our Coaches. Contact us to schedule your Consult today!

On-Ramp Program
All new members begin by completing our On-Ramp Program  in order to get introduced to the CrossFit Methodology, learn proper technique of all the exercises, and learn about proper nutrition.  This also allows our trainers the opportunity to assess your current fitness level and needs. Over the course of the program, athletes will learn all the skills and knowledge necessary to excel at CrossFit.  The program runs for 6 sessions and are scheduled as requested. All for only $130.

If you have prior experience with CrossFit, please let us know and we can arrange for you to jump right into the classes.

After the On-Ramp
Once you have completed your On-Ramp Program, you are ready to become a full Member and can choose between our different Membership Options. Options and Pricing for Membership Plans and Personal Training can be found here.
