3rd Annual Intramural Open at WCCF! This 6 week event coincides with the worldwide CrossFit Games Open each year. Everyone splits up into Teams and we all throwdown every Friday for 5 weeks on whatever Open Workout is announced on Thursday night at 8pm!

Each week I will be bringing you breakdowns of the workouts with movement standards and tips to help with some of those difficult to judge movements.
By mid-afternoon Friday’s, I will lost the heats with Judges assigned to athletes for each heat.
Before a Heat starts, ask you athlete to perform a couple reps of each movement so you know that they know what a good rep is. If they aren’t meeting any of the standards, it can be cleared up before the clock starts.
Make sure to fill out every aspect of the athletes score sheet, including any tiebreak times and notes of any scaling options used.
If you are unsure of any movement that you are judging or any of the standards for that movement, please ask one of our Coaches!
