With a partner, AMRAP 12:
Run 400m
10 SADB Push Press 35/20
6 Rope Pulls

Rest 4:00 and REPEAT

Partner 1 Runs 400m while Partner 2 performs AMRAP of SADBPP and RC’s. When Partner 1 returns, the partners switch, with Partner 2 going for a 400m Run and Partner 1 picking up the AMRAP wherever Partner 1 left off. This continues until the 12 minutes is up. Partners rest for 4 minutes and then complete another 12 minute AMRAP.
