WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Fitness

Teams of 2:
50 deadlifts, partner holds deadlift, 225 / 155 lb.
50 handstand push-ups, partner holds handstand

Rest 5 minutes, Repeat.

Performance
1. 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch.

2. 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk.

3. 10 minutes to establish a 2RM Bench Press.
