Everyone had an amazing time watching the competition of the Kill Cliff East Coast Championships Competitors Division this weekend. CrossFit New England put on a very professional, well-run event. It’s crazy to see the growth of the sport of CrossFit. This competition was on the scale of the Reebok CrossFit Games Regionals and was full of SO MANY Games-level athletes. I was star-struck all weekend! Seeing the limits of human work capacity being tested by some of the best athletes locally and from around the country is at once both fascinating and extremely motivating.
