Whole30 Challenge
Announcing our next Whole30 Challenge, which will begin next Monday, September 23rd! If you are interested in participating, please sign up at the gym! No idea what the Whole30 Challenge is? Head over to our Paleo Challenge page for all the details and rules on the challenge. This is your chance to take your health to the next level! Have your results in the gym been less than desired? Feel tired, lethargic, and sore all the time? The FOUNDATION of your health and fitness is your NUTRITION! The Whole30 Challenge is designed to heal and ‘reset’ your body from all the less than healthy food choices we make and to show you how good you can feel by eating real, nutritious foods.

Got questions about the Whole30 Challenge? We will be having a Paleo/Whole30 challenge seminar Wednesday at 6pm and 6:30pm. It is not required for participants, but is an opportunity to get your questions answered and get some tips for the challenge.
