If you’ve never done the Whole30 before, DO IT! You are missing the foundation of your health by not eating optimally! it’s only 30 days! If you are interested in participating, please sign up at the gym! We will be doing pre-challenge measurements TODAY in the gym!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.
