Memorial Day Weekend:
Saturday 9:15am- “Murph”!
Saturday 3pm – WCCF Memorial Day Party – Tess and Erik’s House!
Sunday – closed!
Monday – 9am and 10am classes only!

Most of you have noticed by now that we have turned the first 5-7 minutes of class into what we are calling the “Individual Warm Up.” This means those first five minutes are yours to do with as you please. You could some foam rolling, stretching, lacrosse balling, GOAT work. Or, you could do 2 rounds of the CrossFit Warm Up (CFWU).  Afterwards, we begin the Group Warm Up.
