Unbroken Clean & Jerks

Power cleans are OK. Rest as needed between sets. Athletes can choose to use the same weight across or increase weight as the reps decrease.

Each set should be an all out effort. Athletes may rest overhead, in the rack position, or in the hang, but they must “touch and go” from the floor and cannot drop the weight until the set is over.
