CrossFit Southie organized a “Marathon Monday WOD” to honor all those affected by the tragedy on Patriots’ Day. They have reached out to all the boxes in the area asking as many of us as possible to perform this WOD to show our support and solidarity! We are planning to do this WOD at WCCF next Monday (4/29) during classes.
