WCCF Beasts
The Beast program is re-starting today with some changes. First and foremost, it is now available to anyone and everyone. The WCCF Beasts Facebook group is where I post the additional training, so please ask to be added to the group if you are interested. The way it’s going to work is this: Beasts are expected to be attending 5 classes a week, performing the regular WODs with everyone else. The additional training will be designed to be done either before or after class or as a separate training session. It is the responsibility of the athlete to find a time to do the extra training without interrupting regular classes. The purpose is for people who want to compete in the sport of CrossFit, or who compete is another sport and want to use CrossFit to get better at their sport. Or if you just want to be a badass human being.
