a. HSPU; amrap in 45 seconds; rest 1 min
b. Sit ups; amrap in 30 seconds; rest 1 min

25 kbs 1.5/1 pood
50 double unders
rest 2 min bw rounds
The goal here is to work on your pacing and stamina. Try to keep from having a huge fall off from round 1 to 3.
