Saturday WOD – 040613

I’m very excited to be spending the weekend learning from Coach Burgener and the CrossFit OLY Seminar Team. I hope to come away from this weekend with many new tools, tips, and insights for teaching all of you to be better, faster Olympic Weightlifters! (FYI, this video is like two years old. Spencer now snatches over 300lbs!)
