Teams of 3:
15min AMRAP
2 Rope Climbs, 15 ft.
30 Situps
20 Pushups
Each member of your team starts with 2 rope climbs. When the first teammate moves onto situps, the 2nd teammate starts the rope climbs. You cannot move on to the next movement until the teammate in front of you have completed their reps for that movement.
