Here comes the weekend. Temptations everywhere. Make smart choices. It IS possible to go out with your friends and not drink alcohol or eat crap. Order an ice water with a lemon wedge. Or make plans that don’t center around consuming alcohol: go to a movie, have a night in playing Apples to Apples.
