We are trying to decide if it would be worthwhile to add a 4:30pm Class. Please contact or let us know if you would be interested in WODing at 4:30pm during the week. We are looking for people who would come to a 4:30pm class consistently!

Also, we are tentatively planning our next Paleo Challenge to begin on February 1st!! We will be posting more details in the coming days. Let us know if you’re interested in participating!
