The foundation is Nutrition. Your health and fitness are built on good nutrition. If you are eating crap, your performance in the gym will be affected. To help teach all of you about nutrition and how to eat well and develop better eating habits, we are starting a Paleo Challenge on Feb. 4th and we want EVERYONE to participate!!
This time around, we will be following the Whole30 Program for our Paleo Challenge and it’s going to be stricter than last time. Either you are in 110% for this challenge or you are wasting your time. It’s only 30 days and if you commit to it, it will change your life! I don’t want to hear the excuses; I’ve already heard them starting.

“What is the Whole30®?
Certain food groups (like sugar, grains, dairy and legumes) could be having a negative impact on your health and fitness without you even realizing it. We will hold informational sessions on HOW to eat Paleo prior to the start of the challenge. We will have handouts with the rules and how to eat, what to eat, what not to eat. During the challenge, we will be supporting you daily, checking in on your progress, posting recipes, and helping to teach you more about nutrition.
