Curried Beef and Broccoli

2 lbs. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tbl. coconut oil
3-4 broccoli crowns, chopped
8 oz. package baby bella mushrooms, chopped
1 tbl. Thai red curry paste
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbl. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbl. garlic powder
1 1/2 cans coconut milk
1/4 c. golden raisins

Heat coconut oil in a large cast iron pan or dutch oven. Brown the beef until it is no longer pink. Remove to a bowl using a slotted spoon, leaving the greasy goodness in the pan.
Saute onions for about 5-10 minutes, and then add the mushrooms and broccoli.
Add curry paste, cinnamon, ginger, curry powder, and garlic, stirring to toast the spices.
Add the ground beef back in along with the raisins and mix.
Finally, pour in the coconut milk and allow to simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
Eat with a spoon! (or your hands, I won’t judge you)
