Team WOD – Perform this WOD as a two person team, both working at the same time.
One partner performs the run while the other partner performs AMRAP of the other movement! There are three different exercise movements, Wall Ball, Burpees, and KB Swings. Then they switch and repeat until they have completed all three stations.

Run 400 meters
Wall Ball 20/14 AMRAP
Run 400 meters
Burpees AMRAP
Run 400 meters
KB Swings 1.5/1 AMRAP

Post score by converting the time into seconds and divide by the total number of reps. Time(sec)/Reps Total = seconds per rep. The team with the lowest possible secs/rep, wins.
